Classroom Management

Discipline: To me, effective discipline is a form of tough love, consisting of firm yet compassionate guidance.
Building Relashionships : To be effective, I build a professional and caring relationships with my students, parents, colleagues, administrators, and the community. I have found that I don't have to "crush" my students' spirit, but I do have to ensure that my students listen carefully, work hard and and ultimately gain as much education as possible.
Behavior Expectation
The classroom rules and guidelines are the bases of a positive learning environment. Our Spanish classroom revolves around five rules that will govern our expectations for each other: Me as the teacher, the students and parent communication.
1.) Respect for yourself and others
2.) Responsibility
3.) Honesty
4.) Integrity
5.) Courtesy
